I make my own salad from things I find at local markets.
- Lettuce (Romaine and Herbs, mostly—a few ounces);
- Red onion (1/4 onion)
- Tomato (vine ripe, small)
- Pine Nuts (2 tablespoons)
I, also, make my own dressing out of:
- Lemon (One large lemon squeezed, including the pulp);
- Mustard (Dijon, a few tablespoons)
- Pepper (from a pepper grinder--teaspoon or more)
To drink:
Chia with Soy Milk with one teaspoon of local Honey
As a kind of dessert, I occasionally include:
- Oat bread (one slice);
- Havarti Cheese (a few strips sliced onto bread)
